REGULAR PRACTICE SCHEDULE

Regular practice will run 6:15am-8:45am Monday-Friday. Plan to arrive at 6:00!!

 

MEET SCHEDULE

Meet schedule is determined by the Coach prior to the swim and dive season.

 

PRACTICE EQUIPMENT

The following equipment is required: practice suit, swim cap, goggles and drag suit.

The following equipment is recommended if you have it: mesh bag, kickboard, pull buoy, fins and snorkel. If you don't have it, there will be some provided by the coach for athletes to use.

Meet suits and team caps will be issued at a later date. These are provided by the team, and are included in your athlete fee.

BSN will be providing apparel through their online store this year, more information to come.



 
VOLUNTEERING

Families are expected to sign up for (3) volunteer spots throughout the swim and dive season. Meets are run by volunteers ONLY and we need your help!!

 

TEAM BUILDING

Various events will be held throughout the swim and dive season to encourage team building and boost morale, they are a great way for the athletes to hang out together outside of meets.

 

LISD ATHLETIC FORMS

All athletes will need to have a physical and the electronic forms (website below) completed before they will be permitted to practice.
