The Hebron High School Swim and Dive team is a 6A competitive swim team. They train at the LISD Aquatic Center in The Colony, Texas, which features a 50 meter by 25 yard Olympic size pool with two bulkheads, two one-meter springboards, one three-meter springboard, and a weight room. The facility was completed in 2006 and serves Hebron HS as well as The Colony HS. The Hebron HS Swim & Dive team is lucky to boast such a great facility and the coaches that make the athletes great! Coach Jay coaches both the Junior Varsity and Varsity teams at Hebron High School. He joined Hebron High School in 2010. In 2011 and 2012 he was awarded Girls District Coach of the Year, and in 2013 he was awarded the Boys District Coach of the Year. Athletes who have swum for Jay have broken multiple school records and have been recipients of multiple college athletic scholarships. Coach Jay has a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Texas A&M and is certified to teach trades and industry.

Coach Sherry, 2015 Coach of the Year for Girls 1 meter diving,  graduated from The College of Mount Saint Vincent and Manhattan College with a BS in PE and an MS in Exercise Physiology from Queens College.  She also swam, played volleyball and softball while in college, while participating in club diving.  She received two distinguished departmental awards in physical education from both colleges.  Coach McGuire taught 2 years in the Yonkers School District and taught Special Needs students at the San Francisco Recreation Center for the handicapped.  She has been coaching in LISD for 20 years and has produced eight diving All Americans, 5 All Americans, 12 All State Divers, with three divers advancing to State-- one placing 3rd.
